Dr. David Ogbueli
President and Founder, Dominion City World Wide
Dr. David Ogbueli is the founder of the New Covenant Family Ministries and the Senior Pastor of Dominion City, International. He is also the President of the Dominion Leadership Institute, and a Senior Facilitator in the Institute of National Transformation.
Dr. David Ogbueli is a minister of the Gospel and an icon of transformational leadership. His passion for Personal Transformation and National Transformation has produced various initiatives and ministries causing a stir among youths, governments, corporate institutions, the media, and other stakeholders both in Africa and globally.
Dr. David Ogbueli is a Management and Government Consultant who speaks nationally and internationally in organizations, government houses, embassies, and churches. He is a widely read author and a social reformer. Dr. David Ogbueli is married to Pastor Sarah Ogbueli and they have four children.

Pastor Chuba is a seasoned minister of the gospel. He has been a servant of Christ from his youth and has led various evangelism and mission initiatives. He preaches and teaches the uncompromising truths of God's word with deep conviction and power.
Pastor Chuba is a seasoned business professional with extensive experience in the Insurance industries. His wife, Nneoma, is a highly skilled IT professional with vast expertise in the tech industry, currently working in the Salesforce domain.
Pastor Chuba and Nneoma are deeply committed to their walk with the Lord, to bringing people of all ages into the profound light of the gospel of Christ and to raising an apostolic community to the Lord.
Pastor Chuba and Nneoma are happily married and blessed with three children.
